These terms govern your use of the Festulu storefront, celebration services, and any regulated goods we arrange on your behalf.

Scope of services
Festulu curates celebration products, fireworks, decor, and services for eligible customers in India. We may update product availability or discontinue offerings at any time to meet regulatory and safety requirements.
Eligibility & account obligations
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to contract.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities under your account.
- You must provide accurate information, including serviceable PIN codes and any paperwork mandated by local authorities.
Ordering process
Your order request is an invitation to curate a celebration plan. Festulu verifies availability, compliance obligations, and logistics before confirming the order.
Orders may be declined due to regulatory limits, serviceability, fraud checks, or inventory constraints.
Pricing, payments & cancellations
- Prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payment must be completed via the approved channels. Cash on delivery is unavailable for fireworks and hazardous goods.
- Orders can be cancelled within one hour of confirmation provided fulfilment has not commenced. After that, cancellations are handled case-by-case to stay compliant.
Shipping & returns
Festulu ships only to serviceable PIN codes via ground transport. We do not air-ship fireworks or any hazardous items.
Returns and exchanges are not accepted once goods leave the warehouse. Damage or mis-shipments must be reported within 24 hours with photos.
Customer responsibilities
- Follow all state and local advisories on bursting windows, green crackers, noise levels, and public safety.
- Store fireworks safely, away from ignition sources, and supervise minors at all times.
- Do not resell or redistribute fireworks without the appropriate licences.
Limitation of liability
Festulu is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from celebrations. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the products or services involved in a claim.
Governing law & dispute resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
