Serviceable PIN codes
Festulu currently ships within Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, Puducherry, and select metros. We update the serviceable PIN list ahead of every festive window and decline requests outside the permitted network.
- Orders are validated against state-level regulations before confirmation.
- Bulk shipments may require local police or civic permissions; our celebrations team supports the paperwork.
Delivery timelines
Standard surface shipping
5-7 working days for metros; 7-9 working days for other serviceable cities. Tracking links and safety briefs are issued on dispatch.
Express ground shipping
2-3 working days for high-volume clusters with dedicated escorts.
Same-day celebrations
Available in Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Coimbatore for orders confirmed before 12:00 hrs, subject to stock and compliance checks.
Hazardous goods logistics
We do not air-ship fireworks. All consignments move via licensed ground carriers with dedicated escorts and firefighting equipment.
Important
If local authorities update bursting windows after dispatch, we coordinate new delivery slots or staged drop-offs so you remain compliant.
Storage and readiness
Upon arrival, store fireworks in a cool, dry location away from heat sources and out of reach of children. Do not open cartons until ready to use.
Keep water buckets and extinguishers nearby during celebrations and follow the safety inserts included in every package.
24-hour exception support
- Inspect the package on delivery and note any visible damage with the courier partner.
- Photograph affected cartons or items immediately.
- Email support@festulu.com or WhatsApp the celebrations desk within 24 hours with photos, order number, and a summary of the issue.
- We investigate within 24 hours and offer replacements or credits where regulations permit.
Regulations do not permit returns or exchanges beyond this 24-hour window.

- Burst fireworks only within the time windows announced by your state or local authority.
- Use only the green crackers and noise-limited assortments approved for your region.
- Read the safety insert enclosed with every order and brief all participants, especially children.
